I had a really pleasant surprise during my stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully redone with modern finishes and were incredibly spacious. It felt like they had thought of every little detail and provided everything I could possibly need in the room. The staff at this hotel were absolutely top-notch - friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure I had a wonderful stay. The pool was fantastic, with excellent waiter service and delicious food. The location right next to where the cruise ships pull in was a great perk, allowing me to easily explore the marina and even visit a small family-run restaurant for lunch. And the fact that the hotel was right on the beach made it even more enjoyable. The breakfast options were also impressive, offering a great start to the day.

Everything was just perfect!

Our recent vacation was fantastic! The room was well-equipped with a great kitchenette and plenty of space. The swimming pool was nice and warm, and the beach had plenty of activities. Plus, the location was perfect, as we had easy access to restaurants and a grocery store. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we received great service. The courtyard was beautiful and perfect for relaxing, especially with a good book or a nice cold drink.

That some of the amenities were dated and could use some updating. The pool area is a bit small and could become crowded.

The resort at Puerto Vallarta provides a perfect beachside location for a fantastic vacation. With its proximity to the ocean, guests can enjoy breathtaking views and convenient access to various water activities. the rooms are spacious and well, furnished, with comfortable beds and modern amenities such as flat, screen TVs. the staff goes above and beyond, ensuring a pleasant stay by providing excellent service, whether it's at the front desk or the restaurant. Breakfast options are tasty, and the pool and palapa bar offer refreshing drinks and a relaxing atmosphere.

Late, night noise from the nearby courtyard may disturb light sleepers.

We spent our Christmas break in a nice hotel. the view of the ocean from the room was great and the pool was fantastic. the location was also really convenient, with a grocery store just a block away and the beach a short walk away. We particularly enjoyed the spa services and the friendly staff. the prices of the restaurant were also really reasonable.

The noise from the construction in the area was a bit difficult to deal with and lasted almost all day, spoiling the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. the elevators were often crowded and slow, especially during peak hours.
